Jon Hallett

Jon has served as CEO or Executive Chairman through multiple acquisitions. He is currently serving on 9 private company Boards, including Nominal, Prizepicks, Allcloud, Katalon, and others. Jon is also a co-founder and Chairman of Gridline, an Ardent portfolio company that provides access to alternative investments. Jon has deep venture investing experience over a 30-year arc, both directly and in partnership with certain Funds. As a CEO Partner at Ardent, he brings a deep network of enterprise software founders and operators, and active board-level experience across early- to late-stage businesses. He holds a B.S. from Lehigh University.
