Mike Shehan

Mike co-founded SpotX in 2007 and led it through two landmark exits — a sale to RTL Group at a $400M valuation in 2017, and a subsequent sale to Magnite for $1.14 billion in 2021. Before SpotX, he co-founded Booyah Networks, a self-service paid search network, and LOGEX International, an e-commerce solutions company acquired by AppNet. Mike is currently Managing Partner at Roster Capital, focused on buyouts of profitable tech-enabled businesses, and serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Telly. As a CEO Partner at Ardent, he brings deep expertise in ad tech, media technology, and marketplace businesses. He holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
